We have been so pleased with Theresa and t's tots. From the first enquiry Theresa has made us feel comfortable and reassured that our son is in safe hands. He has settled well and really looks forward to his time with her.
She has been very understanding and supportive in dealing with his initial reluctance to go to a childminder. Her approach enabled us to feel happy that he would be ok if we left when he was upset and followed up by sending
photos via text to us to show that he was happy and settled a little while after we left. While this may not seem like a big thing for a parent leaving their child with someone for the first time it made a massive difference!

We have been really pleased with the care offered by Theresa for our son. She is professional and provides a fabulous, fun and caring environment for the children in her care. She provides a structured and busy environment which is perfect for our 22 month old son. He loves her cooking and always has fun!! I was worried about using a childminder for my youngest, as my eldest attended a nursery, but I needn't have been! Theresa made the process simple and reassured myself and my son enabling him to settle quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a childminder for their child.

We have been really pleased with the care and attention given to our daughter by Theresa and T's Tots. We get regular updates and even picture messages to show she was settling into the new environment, which certainly put my mind at ease. Theresa is very professional and always has time to discuss how your child has been whist in her care and she is also happy to offer advice from her own experience. All in all a great childcare setting and service.
